Has a customer ever messaged you and requested you add new items to their order? Now you can!

Products can be added to a customer's existing order if the order is still pending. Orders that are canceled or accepted can not have items added to them.

How to add a product to an existing order

  1. Click within the customer's order

  2. Choose "options" at the top right corner

  3. Choose "add product"

  4. A screen (below) will appear. Select the product you will be adding (this will draw from your existing WhatsGood inventory). You may adjust the price and amount before clicking "add product".

**Please note that this feature is not needed to add additional quantity to a product already ordered. To adjust the price/quantity of an existing product please refer to this FAQ: How to adjust a product's price/weight
