How will I know when my meal has arrived?

Every workplace we partner with has a pre-set pickup time, consistent Monday through Friday, and our concierge is sure to arrive on time, if not early. Please allow a five to ten minute grace period to take into account shifting weather and traffic conditions during the work hours.
